[Phoenix, AZ] — The Alliance for Performance Excellence is pleased to announce new service assignments for the regions formerly served by the Mid-Atlantic Alliance for Performance Excellence (MAAPE). As part of this transition:
The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) will now serve Western Pennsylvania
Partners in Performance Excellence (Partners PEX, formerly PiPEx) will take over service for Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
This realignment of service areas aims to ensure that organizations across these regions continue to receive high-quality support in their journey toward performance excellence, building on the strong legacy established by MAAPE.
Both Partners PEX and TPE are committed to delivering programs aligned with the Baldrige Excellence Framework, which helps organizations improve leadership, strategy, customers, measurement, workforce, operations, and results. This transition reflects the ongoing dedication of both organizations in driving excellence in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, service, and government.

The transition follows careful deliberation by the Alliance Executive and Membership Committees, ensuring that organizations in all affected states continue to receive the resources, tools, and guidance necessary to thrive. Leadership from both Partners PEX and TPE has expressed strong support for the changes, and both programs are eager to begin serving the newly designated regions.
