About Us

Who we are:

The Baldrige Alliance for Performance Excellence facilitates organizational excellence and US competitiveness through state and regional Baldrige processes conducted by Members. Our key partner is the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. The Alliance was incorporated in Arizona and received 501(c)3 non-profit status in 2005.

Our niche is in expanding performance excellence throughout the country and internationally while supporting Members’ efforts to do the same. Unlike most competitors, products and services provided and supported by the Alliance are based on Baldrige.

Our mission is to enhance our Members’ ability to grow Baldrige-based performance excellence.

Our vision is to be the premier resource for a thriving Baldrige community.

Who we serve:

The Baldrige Alliance serves Member Programs and other organizations wanting to improve using the Baldrige Excellence Framework.

Key stakeholders are the “end customers” served by our Members that want to improve using the Baldrige Excellence Framework. They come from all sectors (businesses, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and non-profit organizations) and are all sizes.
