About Us
Who we are:
The Baldrige Alliance for Performance Excellence is a collaborative network that provides members with credibility as well as access to resources and knowledge that strengthen their ability to engage and deliver Baldrige-based services to customers. Our key partner is the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. The Alliance was incorporated in Arizona and received 501(c)3 non-profit status in 2005.
Our niche is in expanding performance excellence throughout the country and internationally while supporting Members’ efforts to do the same. Unlike most competitors, products and services provided and supported by the Alliance are based on Baldrige.
Our mission: To strengthen members through training, mentoring, collaboration, and sharing of resources, best practices, and service offerings.
Our purpose: To inspire individuals, organizations, and communities across the US and the world to learn, implement, and achieve higher levels of performance.
Our vision: To be the premier resource for a thriving Baldrige community.
Who we serve:
The Baldrige Alliance serves Member Programs and other organizations wanting to improve using the Baldrige Excellence Framework.
Key stakeholders are the “end customers” served by our Members that want to improve using the Baldrige Excellence Framework. They come from all sectors (businesses, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and non-profit organizations) and are all sizes.
What are our core values:
Act with Integrity: are honest, ethical, authentic, and transparent.
Value People: show respect, professionalism, empathy, and inclusion for all people – members, customers, volunteers, and partners.
Collaborate: share ideas, best practices, resources, and achieve understanding with other members; partner with other organizations, and jointly solve problems.
Focus on Excellence: embrace systems-based improvement and learning for organizations and communities.
